Promenade II is a high-end office building located in the heart of Midtown Atlanta. The property is known for its natural modern aesthetic, filled with greenery, neutral tones, and contemporary architecture.
Challenge
The client wanted holiday décor that matched their plant-forward, clean aesthetic—but still made a bold statement. They envisioned a natural, elevated holiday look with wood textures, lush greenery, and an iconic focal point to anchor the lobby. With tenants and guests flowing through the space daily, the display needed to be built and removed efficiently and stored without impacting operations.
Solution
We designed a custom holiday program that complements the building’s brand and brings the season to life. Key elements included:
- A 30-foot Christmas tree with neutral-toned ornaments, textured ribbon, and warm lighting
- Dozens of live poinsettias, styled in natural wood-toned containers
- Décor color palette of greens, browns, and soft metallics to reflect their modern aesthetic
- On-site storage and annual installation for seamless reusability year after year
This approach allowed the Promenade II team to deliver an unforgettable holiday experience without reordering or reimagining each season.
Results
The lobby became a photo-worthy destination for tenants and visitors, aligning with the building’s upscale feel while creating seasonal joy. Every year, the return of the tree and poinsettias has become a visual tradition—maintained with zero lift from the building team.
